Founder, PharmWeb3 · Building in production
Founder + software developer

Building SaaS to offer solutions where problems are found.

I build products around real problems, then keep working until the product is useful in the real world. My background sits at the intersection of pharmacy, software, product thinking and Web3.

01 · Founder story

The person behind the build

The work is technical, but the reason I keep building is simple: I want the things I make to be useful to someone.

I’m Kingsley Umoh, founder of PharmWeb3, and a software developer offering SaaS to solve real world problems digitally.

Being a student pharmacist, a developer, and someone with deeper experience in strategic thinking to drive growth, I have also served as an ambassador for projects in the blockchain space like Polkadot, Opulous, Flamingo Finance and others. I have shown resilience and maintained my vision through the hard driven wave influenced by Pharmacy school.

All I need to hear is that my product helped someone, my product saved a life, or my product helped a company reach a milestone. That is what builds trust over time and influences the value of a truly innovative mindset.

Staying outside the box is a key driving factor for me. I believe wherever I am placed to lead, I will always create value that adds to the success of that organisation.

02 · Products

So now lets work through the products I have built.

These are not concept shots. They are products I have taken from idea to working software, with a bias toward shipping, learning and improving in public.

04 · Systems thinking

The system behind the work matters.

I like interfaces that reveal the thinking behind the product. The page can move, respond and breathe without turning into noise.

Build → connect → verify → ship

Frontend, backend, AI logic, data, services, people. The red signals keep moving because the system is meant to feel active, not like a screenshot of a static diagram.

Frontend layer

Custom UI, motion, and layout decisions made intentionally, not assembled from templates. Android hybrid APKs. PWA support, offline-first architecture, and interfaces tuned to run well on lower-end devices without sacrificing feel.

Backend orchestration

Two-layer server architecture: a Python backend (FastAPI, Uvicorn etc) handling AI inference, TTS synthesis and API coordination, alongside a Node.js/Express client layer managing sessions, real-time connections via Socket.IO, MySQL, Redis caching, and rate-limiting. OpenTelemetry with Jaeger and Prometheus.

AI logic + escalation

LLM inference, Ai voice and ONNX Runtime. For healthcare, AI acts as a gatekeeper: safe questions stay inside the system, clinical edge cases trigger a human pharmacist handoff. The architecture is designed so the AI serves the product without becoming the product.

AI tools + product design

Beyond the apps: purpose-built AI tools designed end-to-end, from the interaction model to the interface. The design work is part of the same process: visual identity, UI systems and product graphics.

05 · Experience

More than the code

Software development is at the centre, but the work has also pulled me into community building, strategy, content, crypto and mentoring.

Software development

End-to-end app work across interface, backend logic, deployment and Play Store delivery, with an offline-first mindset where it makes sense.

Strategic thinking

Looking beyond implementation into positioning, growth, partnerships and the question that matters most: what problem is this actually solving?

Blockchain community

Experience representing projects in the blockchain space, including Polkadot and Opulous, alongside other ecosystem work.

Content + community

Building the ProfKingkeys brand across social channels and using content as a way to share ideas, products and opportunities.

Mentoring

Helping students navigate tech and crypto with practical thinking, clearer trade-offs and a focus on skills they can actually use.

Healthcare outreach

PharmWeb3's community work brings the software closer to the people it is meant to serve, making real conversations part of product development.

06 · On the ground

Where the software meets the people

Free healthcare outreach is not just a project story. It is feedback from the field that can shape what the product needs to become.

07 · Partnership

How I work with people who want to build.

The model stays simple: build something useful, put it in front of people, learn from what happens and grow from there.
My working principle
Stay outside the box. Keep creating value.
01

I build and own the app

Concept, design, development, iteration and release. I like owning the full picture instead of handing a problem from one person to another.

02

You take it to your audience

Content, community, partnerships, ads or your existing network. Distribution should fit the product and the people who need it.

03

We grow what works

The original partnership model in the portfolio uses a 50/50 net revenue split after Google Play's service fee. The bigger idea is simple: build something that earns trust because it works.

08 · Get in touch

Have a product idea, a problem worth solving, or a company that needs someone who can build?

Let’s talk about the problem first, then figure out what should actually be built. I care less about adding another feature and more about creating something people can use, trust and remember.
