3. Token Usage & Rewards: $PW3 tokens are awarded for completing tasks, referrals, or other platform activities. Tokens do not carry a guaranteed fiat value. Use of tokens for healthcare or withdrawals is subject to availability and platform rules and compliance with applicable laws.
4. Free Drugs Eligibility: Users who meet specified criteria (for example, token balance thresholds) may apply for free drugs. PharmWeb3 reserves the right to approve or deny requests at its discretion.
5. Privacy & Data: We collect personal and usage data to operate and improve the service, provide security, and support features. We may use aggregated, de-identified health metadata for analytics or fundraising. We will not sell personally identifiable information (PII). Please avoid sharing sensitive personal health information in voice/chat sessions. You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting support.
6. Data Retention & Anonymization: Any data used for analytics or fundraising will be anonymized and aggregated; technical and organizational safeguards will be applied to reduce re-identification risk.
7. Liability & Medical Disclaimer: PharmWeb3 is not a healthcare provider. Information from the AI is informational only and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decisions.
8. Fundraising Notice: We may use anonymized, aggregated dataset(s) derived from user interactions (with all PII removed) for fundraising, research collaborations, or similar activities. If you do not want your de-identified interaction data included in such datasets, avoid sharing personal identifiers and contact support to request deletion of your data. Note: interactions are still logged for moderation and support even if you opt out of training.
